I don't refrain and regret later. I'd rather take action now!

Hiking
I usually go with a group of 20 or more trekkers. I prefer trekking during the monsoon season when the water runs down the hill as you ascend it. The scenery was otherworldly on one of the climbs that were 80 degrees inclined. During the monsoons, one of our walks took us through deep woodlands, while on another, we discovered a reverse waterfall caused by strong winds. My hiking experience in Salher, Mulher, and Harihar in the Shayadris has taught me the importance of never letting go of your quest to be what you want to be.
WorkOuts
I have been a sports enthusiast from the start. I live a healthy lifestyle and work hard to achieve my objectives. During COVID, when the gyms were shut, to continue with my healthy regime, I turned to jogging and cycling. I'm very grateful for the heightened sense of self-awareness I gained. Throughout my life, working out has taught me several life lessons like self-discipline, consistency, and dedication, as well as lifting, learning, growing and repeating. There is much more I can do, I am much stronger than I perceive myself to be! Injury can be a setback, but it can also be a chance to recuperate and discover new opportunities. A shoulder injury prevented me from lifting weights, so I concentrated on strengthening my lower body instead.
